RECORDANDO

Después de hacer el curso de acuarelas de Almu Ruiz, me he picado. No me acuerdo de cómo pintaba con lápices normales. Así que, como me apetece todo, pues me he puesto a mezclar lápices de colores con grafito, que he visto que queda chulo.

No me he puesto con nada complicado para empezar. He ido recordando un poco, pero todavía queda para llegar a lo de antes, y ya que estamos a mejorar. Pero como esto es para disfrutar, no hay prisa.

Lo he dibujado también el el sketchbook de Hahnemühle, y los lápices de colores son los policromos. Los compré en Mia mandarina, que para mi desgracia, no hace más que incluir cosas bonitas en su tienda... Menos mal que dentro de poco viene Olentzero, y yo he sido super buena 😂😂😂

Cotilleando por las redes, he visto unos cuadernos con ilustraciones botánicas que me han enamorado. Con el hashtag #perpetualjournal de Instagram puedes ver preciosidades.

SCRAT CON LÁPICES DE COLORES

Hola:

aquí está mi versión de Scrat. Llevaba años queriéndolo pintar, no había pensado hacerlo con lápices de colores, pero ha tocado así. No sé muy bien pintar con ellos, pero si quiero aprender hay que ponerse a ello. Me parece que la bellota destaca más que el resto, me ha costado bastante hacer los pelos, y creo que necesitarían más fuerza. Pero esto es lo que ha salido.

He utilizado lápices de colores policromos, y el cuaderno es el sketchbook de Hahnemühle. Los dos comprados en mi tienda favorita "Mia mandarina". Ya tengo otros proyectos en mente para seguir prácticando y sobre todo: disfrutando del proceso.

I have remembered that I haven't share my art journal's second page jet. So here it is. When I started thinking about the idea for this page I was sure about the text, because I was fed up with rainy days.

I thought about how to     my idea, and I realized that I had no idea in what way I could materialize the rain. Thinking about it I remembered that Vicky   had got something with rain in her youtube channel that I didn't watch already so that was my next step and here I found the answer. I haven't got to much material but I was lucky, I have Studio Calico's "chevron mask".

ALTERED MIRROR

This is a Project I started time ago, I have got the idea and a long list of things to do ;).  So I cut the paper and glued it on the mirror maybe 4 month ago. During this time I usually thought about how I was going to decorate it. An after discarding some ideas finally I decided that not complicating it would be better, so I bought the correct ink color and started stamping with one of my favourites stamps sets "botanicals 1" from Paper Smooches.

I have been very busy lately. I’m trying to finish my son’s album, I started it when I was pregnant, but as he didn’t sleep at all I couldn’t manage to do it. Now he sleeps better, but he is 19 months old, so I have a lot of work to do. I don’t know how many hours I had spent by now with this album, but finally I’m finishing it.

I want to share my last card. I have made it for the Simon Says Monday Challenge. This week the theme is “Thanks”. In my case I have written “Eskerrik asko!” which means “thanks” in Basque.

And here it is. I wanted to do something clean, and as I finally managed to get the “flower garden” stamp set I was anxious to use it.
